This module adds more variables to auto reply of a newly received support request.
- The module is in a very early status, very rudimentary but should not cause any problems.
- Currently freescout is only extended with the variable {%conversation.firstmessage%}. With this it is possible to include the customer's initial message in the auto reply.
- The variable can be imported via dropdown using the "Initial Customer Message" option (see screenshot below).
- This module has no dependencies
- Download this module and add the folder MaisenExtendetMailVar to /Modules of freescout.
- Activate the module "Maisen's Extendet Mail Vars" via the Modules page in FreeScout.
- Deactivate the module MaisenExtendetMailVar
- Delete the module MaisenExtendetMailVar
- Download this module and add the folder MaisenExtendetMailVar to /Modules of freescout.
- Activate the module "Maisen's Extendet Mail Vars" via the Modules page in FreeScout.
- English (default)
Currently there are no customizations in development, but of course you are welcome to add more variables. Feel free to add your own features by sending a pull request.
