Foe-helper profile page does not show any API Token information

1. I created an account at foe-helper.com using the Player ID as displayed in the extension and my e-mail address. I added the server pl3
2. After logging in I displayed the Profile page and it has shown only "Your profile" header, "Add a new world to your player id" box and the controls to update the password, e-mail address and the in-gam user name. No API Token information there ...

NOTE: The page's top row shows my player id as the logged-in user instead of my FoE user name. Maybe there is some inconsistency.

When I log out from the foe-helper page, a number of Warnings:

• Undefined array key "player_id"
• A number of "Cannot modify header information" at various places ....

I am using Google Chrome there ...

It seems that the Issue Problem to get Api-token and problem with logout. #3073 has been already reported and that concerns the same problem as described above
