Uncommitted updates?

It appears that at least one of the files for this Github project is out of date and that https://www.mailpile.is/files/build/MailpileLauncher.zip was built with the outdated code.

The last commit on the Github project was 2014-09-12 which is also the date on the files in .../MailpileLauncher.zip.

The windows install file Mailpile-Installer-Beta-III-0.5.2.exe contains a version of Mailpile.exe.config which is dated 2015-08-15, more recent than either the last Github commit or .../MailpileLauncher.zip.

If I build a Windows installer using an updated version of Mailpile/packages/windows/repackage-linux.sh and install it on Windows 7, the launcher icon does not work. It displays "Mailpile is running" but no browser is launched and a manually launched browser cannot connect to localhost:33411.

If Mailpile.exe.config in the Windows 7 install is replaced with the version extracted from Mailpile-Installer-Beta-III-0.5.2.exe, the launcher icon works.

This might be fixed by copying the more recent Mailpile.exe.config to replace the file https://github.com/mailpile/mplauncher-windows/blob/master/Mailpile/App.config.

But, I don't have Visual Studio and I don't know C#, so could not test that update.
