Winget Package Support

Hi there! Thank you for making such an awesome open source project.

This issue is in regards to closed (and uncompleted) issues: #620 #466 #410

I would like to see the install process automated via a winget package (and potentially an MSI of some kind) - this process requires support from the repository owner (or community members)

The process is detailed here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/package-manager/package/repository and ends in a PR to microsoft/winget-pkgs

EV code signing is not necessary, this is to just automate the download and install

The problem isn't with Winget, its with Windows. It requires kernel drivers to be signed with certain things and WinBTRFS isn't due to a lack of availability and funds.
