【建议】火狐浏览器阅读器视图下不支持翻译 #55

非常感谢，这个拓展工具很好用，速度很快。

但是在火狐浏览器阅读器视图下不支持翻译，双击单词，ctrl键，鼠标悬停都不能进行翻译。

因为经常在阅读器视图下看文章，所以觉得这个功能挺需要的，希望能够增加支持，谢谢~

浏览器版本：62.0.3(x64)
