the README mentions that "Speed-ups are possible with parallelization and installing libraries such as MRAN ". Would you be able to help me with that? I have a large dataset to perform metaneighbor on (300,000 cells, multiple experimental design) - I have tried subsetting but would prefer a reference complete set. Any suggestions how to parallelize and/or decrease memory to fit within limits? Thanks

A faster version of MetaNeighbor is available at its permanent home - https://github.com/gillislab/MetaNeighbor/

Details can be found in section 5.3 of the updated vignette. We've been able to get it work with ~300K cells and 600 genes, but let us know if you have any problems.
