Accept Connections on Demand

I'm planning to use this library because of the way it handles data on demand. (Call a method to receive some amount of data in a callback later) I think the same concept should be applied to servers with a:
server.accept(callback, [options])
where the callback is called with remote address and socket.

I also don't see a socket.address() method which would be very helpful.
