Down/Press states

About half of controls are missing down/pressed states:
switched, checkbox, radio, pull down, popup button, segmented, selectors, tabs, sliders, buttons within fields, sidebar items.

I would like to contribute but wanted to ask first if there's a reason for omitting that, technical or complexity?

Comparing with Flutter Cupertino widgets sources, and they use different, more elaborate approach for down, hover such states.
