Allow custom attributes to localized #123

At the moment only "title" and "description" can be localized using the following

Would be nice if all attributes that start with "$resources:" get converted

This issue was addressed in v4: https://github.com/maartenba/MvcSiteMapProvider/tree/v4. Although it is not released yet, it is feature complete.

Have a look and let me know if it will meet your needs. For now, I am marking this issue closed.
