Some minor changes to the restart pipeline description within the README.md.

  • Simple restart toolbox script Create simple script for restart toolbox #33
  • Modify main_forecast.py so that it's compatible with DINO data and add docstring / improve structure.
  • Make forecast deterministic given some random seed.

Before commiting

  • Merge this PR into [Draft] Run with DINO data #30 before rebasing that PR.
  • Consider moving pipeline instructions out the README.md and making a separate Restart_Toolbox.md
