insmod ubuntu 22.04 Linux 6.5.0-35

compiling without any errors with gcc-12.
it doesn't give me any error when i give: insmod diamorphine.ko

but in fact it doesn't install, and when i read "dmesg | tail" i receive this errors:

[ 1454.726175] diamorphine: module verification failed: signature and/or required key missing - tainting kernel

this happens in ubuntu newer kernels...
