Tests fail

I probably have some contributions focused around compatibility with Podman, but all the tests are failing on main and don't build on 1.46. Maybe the environment needs something special pre set up before running the tests, but I couldn't find any guidance on that, if that's the case.

Update: I found that I hadn't set up the docker service socket. However, once I ran systemctl start docker and systemctl enable docker tests were still failing.

Oh - the package doesn't specify if it's meant for macOS, Linux, or either host. My environment is developing on macOS 15 (local podman instance) and currently testing on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS with both Docker and Podman installed (but testing against docker, so far)
