Add boot chime and screenreader support

OpenCore supports playing the boot chime at startup, as well as accessibility of the boot menu via the OC screenreader. It would be nice to have the option to enable this in the utility, since I'm blind and it'd be useful for multibooting.

This support will help fully resolve the issue of no audio (AppleHDA not loading) when using the alcid=x boot argument. However, due to the complexity related to sample rate and other information, I will look into it further.
