Hi Lixin, first I apologise for contacting you via your personal dot-files repo - but I couldn't find any contact details on either your mypi or github accounts.

I'm wondering if you would be willing to discuss your polaris package on pypi? We have a transport modelling package called POLARIS that we are looking to release via pypi and notice that your package has only a single 0.1 release about 10 years ago - is that project still active at all? And if not is it something you'd consider transfering?
