I wanted to set the keyboard layout to eurkey but I could not find it in lxqt-config-input
Then I set it with setxkbmap eu and it works but the the keyboard state indicator shows me this:

That's the layout I'm talking about: https://eurkey.steffen.bruentjen.eu/start.html

I'm not an expert in this area, haven't delved into this part of LXQt and don't know who wrote its code. However, the files "keyboardlayoutconfig.cpp" and "keyboardlayoutconfig.h" show that LXQt only reads /usr/share/X11/xkb/rules/base.lst, while EurKEY is in /usr/share/X11/xkb/rules/base.extras.xml (with an "exotic" popularity — whatever it means).

Therefore, perhaps the code should be extended.
