What is your opinion on something like https://github.com/slashsBin/styleguide-git-commit-message (well that list is rather large)

I find it funny - and I don't think it will be very workable. (I have trouble remembering what is what, and it also does not help in shortening the Git commit messages (as those are no real emojis).
