Update PFAM Functionality for new website

As Pfam has been moved to InterPro, I think it's causing errors trying to install and run Rhapsody now. Is there any kind of temporary patch or more permanent solution you could do to either update the code for Pfam's new location, or just let us download the Pfam information and use it locally?

The pfam search functionality is provided by prody, and it seems like they updated the website address to point to the "legacy" address that will keep working for a while: https://github.com/prody/ProDy/blob/96ced46b9247febf9069d1e4167be0227716f3b2/prody/database/pfam.py#L42

This fixes the problem temporarily, but it seems that in the future prody will need to change the address to the new location
