Blacklist and whitelist functionality

Hey Guys,

Is it possible to drop or allow certain namespaces through the collector before aggregation and sending it through to a backend? At the moment we're blacklisting and/or whitelisting certain metrics at the graphite carbon level, it would be great if we could control this before the metrics are sent to the backends.

Not sure if this is currently possible or if this is something worth looking into?
