[Feature Request] Allow syncing when marking unwatched

If I want to mark a show as unwatched I have to go to all clients and mark as unwatched.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

I'd like JellyPlex to check the timestamp of the most recent update and use that to mark or unmark, instead of watch status.
