pull_to_refresh这个包，版本才1.1.5，而且这个插件的作者也说了1.4.0才开始稳定，之前的都存在严重bug，这个经过一次大更，所以，即便更新插件的版本，还是存在很多错误，因为您之前用的版本过低，不知何处更改，还望能更新一下最新版本。以便可以运行起来demo。
