doesn't handle trailing commas in sbt files #68

if I run sbt:scalafmt in the sbt/sbt build I get:

[info] Formatting 1 Scala source in sbtRoot:sbt ...
[warn] /d/sbt/build.sbt:41: error: illegal start of simple expression
[warn] ))
[warn]     ^
