Is the project.json not generated?

Hi, I'm roughly following along with the blog post here.

I noticed that it mentions a few times a project.json inside the project's root folder. However, I didn't get this file. And the screenshot in the blog post doesn't show it either.

And I'm struggling to run the project-specific lint and test commands, and I'm thinking this is because I don't have this file?

Never mind, it's clearly in the screenshot 🙈 I'm going to restart from zero and see where I went wrong.
