Wanted to use the included Caddyfile from https://github.com/searxng/searxng-docker/blob/master/Caddyfile to host searxng. How would I go about converting this to labels? Thanks.

why dont you use this instead (rename to .yml) :
https://github.com/searxng/searxng-docker/blob/master/docker-compose.yaml
