As far as I know this is not already implemented so forgive me if I couldn't see it in the code. It would be great if this plugin would also allow us to keep response headers in the event, not just response body.

If the idea is ok but nobody is willing to tackle I may take a crack at it myself but I am not so familiar with Ruby and have no environment set up.

Hi, this is currently not implemented.
And I do not know the status of the movement is to migrate this plugin to an official elastic plugin.
@lucashenning maybe knows it.

This is currently not implemented but feel free to submit a PR.

@gandalfb - I have no idea where we are in the migration process. It has been radio silence for a while.

Hm. Too bad.
I myself do not work actively with logstash anymore as I switched field of work.
This is why I hoped becoming an official plugin would help.
