Implement function entry/exit callstack widget

Once #44 and #46 are implemented, create a widget which will show per-thread function entry and exits. This widget could be configurable by the user by defining a pattern (filter?) that represents function entries, and another one for function exits.

Pre-defined patterns could be provided, for example those coming from lttng-ust-cyg-profile.
