As a release manager, I want to add and edit releases in Helios, and also mark it working (approve) or broken (reject).

Demo:

Go to release page (see history of releases and branch view)
Select branch
Click on Create Release (add tag)
I want to see the commit/branch tagged with this release
I want to deploy to an env and see that this release-tag is associated
Click on Approve/Broken
Commit is marked with status
