Improve usability for Project settings and Environment edit view

Some project settings interactions are not intuitive:
update groups button is not in the groups section
Maybe have two dropdowns for selecting build and deployment scripts
Improve UX for Environment edit page, make it more consistent with the rest of application

Good idea! Maybe while doing that we can get rid of the local states and save everything in the database straight away. Then we automatically would remove some complexity of this component
