Exercises: Title of the exercise participations page is offset from the buttons on the right

Describe the bug

This is not a bug, but a major misalignment with the buttons and the titel on the exercise participation page that can be accessed via the “Instructor actions”.
I would like to fix that.

To Reproduce

1. Go to an exercise as an instructor
2. Click on Instructor actions -> Participations
3. Take a look at the misalignment of the title and the buttons to its right

Expected behavior

The title and the buttons should me aligned.
