Self-check-in for tutorials

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Taking attendance for a tutorial is tedious as a tutor. If students could self-check-in, it would make the process a lot easier. Furthermore, the self-check-in would help to resolve discrepancies between the people actually coming to a tutorial and the ones who are registered on Artemis.

Describe the solution you'd like

Students should have the option to check themselves into the tutorial. The tutor should be able to see which students are checked in in real time, and remove students who are not actually present or add students who didn't check themselves in or can't check themselves in.
