Describe the bug

When writing a message, and then pinning it the message disappears. It is inserted at the very top of the chat, but since all messages appear at the bottom and the chat opens where it was left off, this makes the pinned messages really hard to find.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to a communications channel
  2. Write a message
  3. Pin the message
  4. See the message disappear and land at the top
  5. Close & open chat again to notice that the message has completely gone under

Expected behavior

The Pinned message should always appear at the top of the message viewport instead of the message history, or be more visible in any other way.

Hi, I would like to look into this. I have set up the webapp in my local. I am not sure how to login or register an account. If anybody can help, that would be nice.
