Hello.

This is a known problem. Latest version of FAAD (v2.8) has a serious bug that causes it to crash with MP4 files containing a video stream. Problem has been reported to FAAD author, but no reply 😢

I'm probably going to revert to FAAD v2.7 for the next release. Try latest TEST build in the meantime:
