Update encoder binaries

Opus is a year out of date, possibly other encoders too

Opus probably is the only audio encoder that still is under (somewhat) active development.

The development of LAME (mp3), Ogg/Vorbis and FLAC has been pretty much "dormant" for many years now, with only some very minor fixes once in a while, if at all. Nonetheless, making new builds of Opus soon™ is on my TODO list...
