Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Introduce API endpoint that informs the client about new versions and deprecations
(e.g. returns info whether their CLI is outdated and needs to be updated)

Additional context

  1. Provide the link to the latest version of their current architecture
  2. talk about the changes made in the new update and why/how it is important to them to update
