Spike - Review Context and Metadata docs

Goal

Make sure our documentation is robust, simple and focused.

Questions to Answer

Which areas need fixes for

• typos
• grammar mistakes
• code that will not compile
• unclear examples

At the end, there should be a few tasks created:

• one for all of the simple typos and grammar mistakes
• one for all of the code that won't compile
• one for each unclear example (unless they're really small)

@dhmlau will then work with the team to decide what should be done about
the unclear examples and groom those tasks accordingly.
