Describe the bug
Using Chromeboxes running ChromeOS 97.0.x and Kiosk 9.3.0. After configuration, webpage will load without issue. The second attempt to load, either after a scheduled reset or reboot, will go through the splash screen, then load a black screen instead of the website. Video is still being sent to the display, but it's just black. Reproducible on a brand new configuration after a reboot. Only way for page to load again is to enter configuration screen, and clear cache and exit. Will load once, then the next reset or reboot will result in a black screen again. To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Configure JSON in admin console.
Reboot device. Page will load normally the first time.
Reboot or scheduled refresh, will load black screen instead of website.
Expected behavior
Chromebits running Chrome OS 8x.x and Kiosk 9.3.0 are working without issue. They auto reset hourly and reboot daily and load the web page properly each time.
