Fix for Gazer working with GCP hosted Looker instances

In GCP the api and web interface for Looker shares the same port. This version updates the logic to properly authenticate Looker in this instance.

No longer using forked gems

At the time of the initial release, the gems tty and looker-sdk had not been updated. I forked the repos I release them as gems tty-fork and looker-sdk-fork. Now that they have been updated I have removed those forks and am pointing at the original gems again.
