Describe the bug
Parallax effect not working on mobile

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Setup locomotive
Test on desktop and works like it should
Test on mobile and no parallax effect appears even though smootTouch: 1

Expected behavior
I expect similar parallax effect on mobile as default

this is how it is suppose to work. there's too many different mobile devices to support.

mobile phones have smooth scroll built in natively. you still have some features, like in-view triggers but other features are turned off.
