Change the name of events in Step by Step module

When the event of step by step was created, we don't have a standards to name of eventos triggered in Locastyle. Now, we have and we need to change the events of step by step to new standard name.

I suggest maintain the old name and trigger a new event with different name. In this way, we will maintain compatibility with old systems.
