When start a module, log the start message in console.

When a module start in Locastyle, we log a message like this in console:
Locastyle: module [modal] successfully initialized.

Would be good if we also show this message when we start the module using the locastyle.module_name.init(). Today we can't know if the module was started. In true we know when the module is not started only when the module.init() return an error.

This is not important. We don't feel if this is needed to devs. Closing for a while.
