On Startup properties do not retain their "Render Width"

Hello,

Thanks for the awesome plugin! I'm using it with a local XML file produced by our scoreboard software and it works near flawlessly

There is one bug I've been running into though. I've setup all of my sources and they look correct, but when I startup OBS again, they go back to the default render width.

The value is still set correctly in the settings and if I change any setting for the element it goes back to how it should be. Screenshots provided below

When Opening OBS after configuring the value

After changing any setting in the "Properties" box (even if its not related to the Render Width)

OS: Windows 11
OBS: 30.2.3
obs-urlsource: 0.3.7

Issue also happens on an older version of OBS running on Windows 10
