I can not see any reason why the following two methods:

set_default_dpi(dpi::Float64)
handle_set_dpi(handle::RsvgHandle, dpi::Float64)

Should not accept integers. Perhaps it is better to type the arguments as Real, to accept both floats and integers of any type?
