[Bug] 启用artifact插件导致的意外页面跳转

🐛 问题描述

启用artifact插件，并指示（Claude Haiku）进行绘图后，页面意外跳转，详见录屏。
另外，在删除该对话后（使用“清空当前对话消息”），页面右侧的artifact框不会随着对话被删除而自动消失。
