🐛 Bug Description

I have encountered an issue with LobeChat where certain features function in Chinese, despite my language settings being configured to English or other languages. This inconsistency affects the following features:

• Automatic Topic Naming
• Automatically Generate Assistant Information

These features appear to be reliant on internal prompts, which I suspect were originally written in Chinese. Given that the main contributors to this project are primarily Chinese, it is understandable that the default prompts may have been developed in that language.

To enhance usability for international users, I propose changing the default language of the internal prompts to English. This adjustment would greatly benefit users who are not fluent in Chinese and ensure a more cohesive experience across the platform.
