  • scoring gene set signatures, e.g., from MSigDB using, e.g., AUCell
  • might want to give a biologically meaningful example, such as glycolysis/hypoxia in cancer etc.
  • MOFA to identify patterns of variation in a data-driven manner (e.g., MEFISTO)
  • decoupleR and viper for TF activity (casting result into space?)
