一打开代理，github.com就无法访问了，请问有大侠知道是怎么回事吗？ #55

如果全局代理的话呢，是可以正常访问github.com的，但是只要用了智能分流，就上不了，其他google.com,youtube.com,等等都可以，甚至安卓客户端都可以访问，就是搞不懂为什么windows不行呢？

有大侠知道是怎么一回事吗？感激不尽。
