The commits from the PR build on the ones of PR #82.
It overhauls the volumetric fog and the way the game updates constants related to the sky by using the sky object instead of calculating the blend between weathers
It also adds in the volumetric fog the influence of the sun and a height based fog calculation.
Closes #72.
