Hi, thanks for the issue report.

Question1:
Did you build the 0.5.1 manually from source, or you downloaded it from somewhere on the Internet?

Question2:
what Redmine version are you using?
is it a vanilla Redmine, or is it e.g. EasyRedmine?

Question3:
Do you have the "plugin inside redmine" installed?
(as described in https://github.com/ljader/redmine-mylyn-plugin#connector-installation)

Question2 Reply : I installed vanilla Redmine(3.4.11)
Question3 Reply : Yes, I installed Mylyn Connector plugin(ver 3.1.0.stable)
