Blockers

• We've started needing to share code between the backend and the frontend for validating segments. Running Go in the browser is inefficient and server-side JavaScript doesn't fit with our statically-linked-binary-everywhere model. The ideal candidate would be Rust but our team doesn't have a lot of experience there. Open to suggestions or contributions.

1. Livepeer.Cloud SPE Proposal (AI Metrics & Visibility)
   • Wait for PR to merges - support any questions during reviews.
   • Standby to support INC as they work through the AI Leaderboard deployment process.
2. Livepeer.Cloud SPE - AI & Transcoding Gateway Support / Maintenance
   • Updated the AI Job Tester and AI Gateways to 0.8.0 release
3. Review Stream Management App Bounty
   • Scheduled a meeting with Xilin to discuss more details.

1. Top 100 Orchestrator Activation Plan - Current stats: 24% on the latest version, 40% with AI register ID.
   Question: How to incentivize or streamline version updates?

2. AI Leaderboard: Requirements and deployment timeline. Need coordination from Inc and Cloud SPE

3. Public Project Roadmap: Release Q1 priorities from each core dev team by end of Q4, with quarterly updates staying one quarter ahead.

Forcing Function for Orchestrator Updates
Only 24% of orchestrators are on the latest version, limiting access to new features.
Action Item: @rick | AI SPE Finalize and merge AI Worker livepeer/ai-runner#200 and work with Inc to address blockers related to AI runners.

Livepeer Cloud Code Review
The code changes are complete by the cloud SPE, pending review and merging from Inc.
Action Item: @thom | Livepeer Livepeer Inc team to review the code by next week. The cloud SPE are standby to support INC for the AI Leaderboard deployment process.

AI SPE new proposal and Q1 Priorities
Action Item: @rick | AI SPE is finalizing a new proposal, @xilin | Livepeer will work on assisting them to prioritize.

Bounty Board Usage Improvements
Action Items: @rich | Livepeer (CET) @hunter | livepeer @xilin | Livepeer brainstorm on strategies to increase high quality submissions.

Cloud SPE Q1 big bets
Action Items: Work with @mike | Xodeapp | Cloud SPE to increase their project visibility and collaboration to avoid redundancy. Suggest focusing on network analytics and AI data foundation.
