Messages are failed to be sent

Hi, I set up the sdk. I can see the user on my phone in the agent overview and i as the Agent can send messages to the user and they arrive. But if i try to write from the user to the agent the messages are not being shown and an error appears in the ui on the phone: "Sending message failed"
