Removing the descriptive text in the file

Is their anyway of removing the descriptive name inside the contents of the file lite db creates by this i mean for example if one looks in notepad it sees this.

Just would lessen the chance of someone knowing right away what how to look at the data also what encryption methods are open to us with lite db.
